you have GOT to be kidding me!

I am freaking out a little bit. It is one week before Lindsay's first day of school and I just got the bus schedule. I have been SO in the dark about bus schedules. I swear, I do not remember getting up this early my whole life. I have to have her at the bus stop at 7:10am. That means getting her up no later than 6:30am - she is sooooo slow in the mornings (much like I am). She keeps telling me she just needs an alarm clock. Oh! So THAT'S what we need! I can tell you right now that she won't even hear it in the mornings. I can sit on the bed and try to wiggle her awake - nothing but zzzzz's. This is going to be really interesting. I guess the good thing is I don't have to worry about the wardrobe since they have uniforms. Bonus! But the getting up, having breakfast, brushing teeth, getting dressed can easily take an hour for her if she is forced to wake up.

We've been putting her to bed early for the last week - but I've been getting her up at the time she's supposed to be at the bus stop. Great. Gotta revise the plan again... hmpf. So much for late night scrapbooking...
