Some Christmas pics

What a wonderful Christmas we had! Of course it's like 85 degrees here so it doesn't feel like Christmas at all - especially for a girl that grew up in the foothills of Denver. And speaking of Denver - how 'bout that snow storm (or 2) they got out there? I would've loved that! Why couldn't it have done that when we were out there a month ago? At any rate, we still enjoyed our Christmas here in the south! On Christmas Eve, I made the reindeer food (Quaker Oats with glitter in it) for the girls to sprinkle on the lawn. They had just gotten out of the bathtub, but I wanted for them to be able to do this as part of their Christmas tradition.

Then we set out the milk and cookies and read a book and off to bed they went. Lindsay woke up several times during the night and at one point she totally busted me filling their stockings. She never said anything about it - so I'm hoping she was tired enough that she just didn't register what I was doing.

The girls got up and just ripped through the presents at lightning speed! I hardly had a chance to take pictures. I did get some but missed some of the great expressions on their faces. They loved everything. In fact - Jessica would open a present and exclaim how she's "always wanted this!" and then hug the gift. WAY CUTE!!! We've had Tom's family in town and had a 2nd round of Christmas present opening - so the girls have just had the best time!

That's all I have for now. I'm watching SNL's Best of Will Ferrell. Hilarious!
