happy anniversary...

to me! Today Tom and I celebrated our 11 years of marriage. We did it in style....2 trips to home depot. Replaced light bulbs, replaced air filters and vacuumed/cleaned the returns, replaced a faucet, fixed a leak in the toilet... what a way to celebrate huh? LOL

But we went out to dinner with the kids tonight. No, no babysitter. They are much easier to take out with us these days. We went to Stonewood and it was delish! I had a fabulous entree of herb encrusted grouper with rice and asparagus. Shared a nice bottle of Syrah. Then Tom springs it on me that his donating to the high school marching band was actually NOT his gift to me (bwahahaha!) but that he did get me something. And out comes the jewelry box. awwww! He surprised me with a beautiful sapphire necklace. He's a keeper. :)

Now, after coming home and watching the Georgia Bulldogs shut out Steve Spurier's s/carolina team...it's all good. Great way to end the night. And with that...I am turning in for the night. Hope everyone is enjoying their time with each other this weekend.
