it's thursday - not much goin on. laundry. dishes. the usual.
Jessica and I sat down this morning and colored in her coloring book. She loves doing that with me. And I love it just cuz she loves spending time with me. :) The girls both have their first dentist appointments today. Hoping that goes well and that they didn't inherit my awful teeth. I was cursed with awful problems with my teeth from the get-go. I have never really had much enamel on my teeth - which has led to many many cavities over the years. No...my sweet tooth has nothing to do with it (haha). But really - I may have straight teeth thanks to many years of braces and mouth surgery, but I've always hated the dentist because it was never good news when I went. So I am crossing my fingers today....please, please PLEASE let my girls have better teeth than mine! Now maybe I'm not the mother of the year, I do not inspect their teeth after they brush. But they both seem to brush pretty good. I even bought them those toothbrushes that light up and you have to keep brushing your teeth until the flashing light turns off so that they wouldn't be tempted to just do a couple little swipes and be done. I am kind of nervous myself - just because I'm afraid I'm going to look like a bad parent if they end up having a terrible checkup!

Hope the dentist visit went well! I still have to get Indy to go back, the first time he went, he would NOT let them come near him, not even to look into his mouth. (((Sigh!!!))) Xander's already been once, because before he was even a year old, he fell and knocked one of his brand new baby teeth loose, he hit it so hard. Poor baby!! Hope the girls got good news yesterday!
